<div>If not, your battery may not be completely configured.  Let us know a specific example and what output or error messaging you're seeing, including in the apache error log.</div>

<div>In case you were wondering about the upgrade process, let us know --: </div>
<div>- Did you follow the release upgrade steps for each incremental release? (this includes running patches, updating dependencies and sometimes scripts). You'll likely want to note in particular any steps impacting instrument battery definition.</div>
