to instal the package on our Ubuntu platform.</div>

<div class="">But can not figure out how to run the "make_niff" function from the MRI.pm in a shell script. </div>
<div class="">The MRI.pm is in the uploadNeuroDB/NeuroDB directory, and I tried :</div>
