Here is how you will be able to do that once you upgrade to 20.2. </div><div><ul><li>If you have a MINC file but no DICOM files, you can directly insert the MINC file using <font face="monospace, monospace">`<a href="http://minc_insertion.pl" target="_blank">minc_insertion.pl</a>`</font> with the <font face="monospace, monospace">`-force`</font> option instead of the usual <font face="monospace, monospace">`-tarchivePath`</font> option. So call you script as follow: <font face="monospace, monospace">`<a href="http://minc_insertion.pl" target="_blank">minc_insertion.pl</a> -profile <prod or name of you profile file> -mincPath <path to the MINC file> -force`</font></li><li>If you have only NIfTI files, then you can insert them using a new script that was created for release 20.2 called <font face="monospace, monospace">`<a href="http://imaging_non_minc_insertion.pl" target="_blank">imaging_non_minc_insertion.pl</a>`</font> in the <font face="monospace, monospace">`uploadNeuroDB`</font> folder. Look at the documentation of this PR (<a href="https://github.com/aces/Loris-MRI/pull/271" target="_blank">#271</a>) to see how to call this script (or also the perldoc of the script using <font face="monospace, monospace">`perldoc <<a href="http://script_name.pl" target="_blank">script_name.pl</a>>`</font>; note that this is available for all our scripts in LORIS-MRI now since release 19.1.</li></ul><div>Hope this helps.
