[Loris-dev] VISIT LABEL

Good morning!

Our team is in the process of implementing visits to our subproject ID =3 and we would like the visits to be predetermined sentences instead of VX. We changed the config.xml file as so:

            <generation>sequence</generation>
            <regex>/^[A-Z0-9]{20}$/i</regex>
            <length>20</length>

                <item value="ClinicalPancreas">Clinical Information from PDAC patients</item>
                <item value="ImagingPancreas">Pathological images from PDAC patients</item>
            </labelSet>
        </visitLabel>

And the Visit_Window table in MySQL has been properly filled out as follows.

However, when trying to create a timepoint for a patient in this subproject, an error pops up:

These are obviously both linked as we have been able to create  a patient in both CASADP project and Pancreas subproject. We suspect the problem falls on our edited config.xml.

If you could help us shed some light on this problem, we would be more than thankful.
