When you did that, did you use the visit label 'screening' or 'screening2'? I used the BIDS insertion script for these specific visits as the dataset is in BIDS format. What is you suggestion? The easiest way to remove the data would be manual unfortunately in your case. I am guessing that no QC was attached to the inserted files, which will make things easier for you. To remove the images: - find the FileID you want to delete in the files table - Run `DELETE FROM parameter_file WHERE FileID IN (..., ..., ...)` (to delete associated entries in the parameter_file table) - Run `DELETE FROM files WHERE FileID IN (..., ..., ...)` (to delete file entries in the files table) - Ensure to remove the related files that have been copied into the bids_import directory on the file system One the images have been removed, you can then delete the visit from the session table. Hope this helps. If you really want to add the acq prefix to the scan type, you could always modify this line of code so that it also takes the acq prefix when looking for a scan type? For some cases it looks good, but some it doesn?t match the ?acq? label in BIDS: Example of correct acquisition type: === { "OutputType": "native", "Filename": "sub-BGK104001_ses-month36_run-2_T1w.nii.gz", "AcquisitionType": "T1w" } === Example of wrong acquisition type, in this case it should be MT0. === { "OutputType": "native", "Filename": "sub-BGK104001_ses-month36_acq-MT0_run-1_T2w.nii.gz", "AcquisitionType": "t2w" }, === Would it be possible to modify the way the acquisition types are being assigned so that it takes the ?acq? label from BIDS?
