[Loris-dev] CentOS 8 and Loris

Hi Julie,
We are holding the Loris meeting to discuss whether to support centos in
the future.
Loris's sub-modules have issues with the Centos system. So Loris team will
not support Centos.
We will only support Ubuntu in the future.
