[Loris-dev] upgrading LORIS v22 - v23 error

Hey Guys,

I decided to upgrade LORIS v22 to v23 and I ran into this apache error when
i navigate to the homepage in my web browser:

It seems that the server request is failing:

$serverrequest = \Laminas\Diactoros\ServerRequestFactory::fromGlobals();
