What is the ownership and permission of the /path/to/Loris/ directory and subdir?

Apache need to be able to read everything and write to the ../project and ../smarty directory.
Usually, the group ownership is set to apache (httpd or apache depending on OS)
with read permission for the group everywhere and write permission on the 2 dir above.
