[Loris-dev] Imaging Uploader stuck at Progres Not Started

Hi Blake,

You need to install Loris-MRI, which could be found at
https://github.com/aces/Loris-MRI, follow the instructions and process the
images with the command like imaging_upload_file with parameters, then you
can see the images if all goes well.
