[Loris-dev] Imaging Uploader stuck at Progres Not Started

Hi Ling Ma,

Thank you for the fix on the imaging uploader page.

My next issue is that my uploads don't seem to be processing. On the 
table on the snapshot below, you'll see under the Progress tab "Not 
Started". What do I have to do to get my uploads processed?
