[Loris-dev] Update LORIS to v21.0.0

Evidently the RAM is not enough, I am outside, I don't have the recommended
value for you. You can check document for how much. I would recommend to
increase the PHP memory allowance. Try to check PHP document for that,
otherwise I can check later. Or maybe any other people knows better on this
subject could help you.
