[Loris-dev] Update LORIS to v21.0.0

Hi Alfredo,

The warning is OK to ignore. As to php, please check v21 version
requirements, I believe a php minimum 7.1 even 7.2 is required.

In fact, PHP 5.6 is no longer supported.
