[Loris-dev] Errors when using delete_imaging_upload.pl

Dear LorisDev team,

I successfully deleted 90% of the MRIs for a study using the script “delete_imaging_upload.pl”. Now I am dealing with the 10% missing. Here are the 4 types errors that I am getting, could you help me figure out how to delete these entries:

Error type 1:

Error! File /ABC/data/pic/979907/IPMSA_979907_m00_NA_001_182_check.jpg exists in the database but was not found on the file system.
