[Loris-dev] Modify GUI

Hi Sotirios,
To hide any Menu or menu item, in the database back-end set the Visible field to "false" in the LorisMenu table<https://github.com/aces/Loris/blob/master/SQL/0000-00-02-Menus.sql#L16>.
Doing this for any parent menu records e.g. Clinical, Reports or Tools, should remove them from the top Menu Bar.
