[Loris-dev] renaming PSCIDs

Hi Everyone,

I want to rename all of my existing candidates PSCDIDs.

Currently they are of the form MTLXXXX and they will become PERFXXXX

Can i just edit everyone's info in the candidate table, or would i need to
make a modification somewhere else?  I have already modified the psc table
to change the alias.
