[Loris-dev] 502 bad gateway

Hi Everyone,

I did a fresh install of the latest release recently, and now when i try to
access the main login page:  https://tnl.loris.ca/

I get a 502 Bad Gateway page.

Has anyone encountered this / has some suggestions as to how I can fix it.
