To all LORIS users,

The most recent Instrument Builder issues have been resolved for
Chrome in the latest Loris code available on GitHub.  (After creating
or modifying an instrument form, the "Save" button will trigger the
download of your *.linst file, in Chrome.)
Syncing your fork with the Loris-Trunk repository in GitHub will
automatically apply this solution to your code.
