<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:black;background:white">We lack treatments for many if not most neurological symptoms. Brain stimulation offers promise for treating these symptoms, but requires identification
of a therapeutic target. I will show how brain lesions can be combined with the human connectome to map symptoms onto brain circuits, and that these circuits can be valuable targets for neuromodulation.</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;background:white"></span></p>
