Temporal lobe epilepsy is a recognized surgically-amenable disorder and ranks among the most prevalent drug-resistant adult epilepsies. While initial work focused mainly on the mesiotemporal lobe, histopathological and neuroimaging studies increasingly detail
morphological, structural, and functional compromise beyond the primary focus. Here, we show how the brain’s connectome architecture shapes, to some extent, grey matter atrophy in temporal lobe epilepsy. To demonstrate clinical relevance of connectomics data,
we also investigate whether connectivity measures can be used to predict post-surgical seizure outcome.</span><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;" class=""><o:p class=""></o:p></span></div>
