Hi all,

Please note that next Tuesday (May 2) we will be ramping down both the 1.5T and 3T MRI scanners, in order to proceed with upgrades to the quench pipe exhausts in Molson Stadium.  We expect to ramp both systems back up the following Tuesday (May 9), although unforeseen weather events could cause this to shift by a day or two.

MNI – Quench Pipes

Please be advised that Facilities Management and Ancillary Services has mandated “Cheminée Lining” to carry out the above mentioned project.

The work consist of extending the existing quench pipes to the roof. Cheminée Lining will start mobilizing as of May 3rd, 2017 and will start the construction operations immediately. All exterior interventions within the intended renovations will be executed between 6:00 AM and 4:00 PM. This work is scheduled to be complete by May 8th, 2017.
