[BIC-announce] BICnic Organizational Meeting: Wed-June-15, 1:30 pm, NW-125

As previously announced by Sylvain, we will be having our first "BICnic" (BIC picnic) later this summer (probably mid-July).

In anticipation, and in order to make this a successful event, there will be an initial Organizational Meeting this Wednesday (June-15th) in NW-125 starting at 1:30 pm.

In Sylvain's words: "Please come if you are interested in helping out with the organization so that we make it a memorable event and properly celebrate the arrival of summer, and the end of another busy and productive year at the BIC. We need foodies, logisticians, DJs, sports fans, etc."

Unfavorable weather conditions force us to postpone the BICNIC social event originally scheduled this coming Monday, June 13. Please stay tune for a make-up.

I am taking this opportunity to call out for volunteers to help out with the organization so that we make it a memorable event and properly celebrate the arrival of summer, and the end of another busy and productive year at the BIC. We need foodies, logisticians, DJs, sports fans, etc.
