Special photo session Wednesday 24th August ( Neuro )

Hello Christine & Siva,

Our team will be holding a exclusive photo session of 4 hours at the Neuro, on Wednesday the 24th of August from 1pm to 5pm in room 188.

This exercise is helping employees to fit in to the ID Cards schedule wich sometimes do not match with employees schedule and also we notice that the participation at the Neuro to the MUHC photo session is really low comparing to other sites.

These long photo sessions, test at the MGH, was a success as we hit 80 participants minimum per session ( staff, volunteers and students ) and we will like to test it at the Neuro.

The photo session is held for the purpose of updating the cards with barcodes, updating the faces on their current identity cards if it haven't  been update for more than a year. It will also update our database with the most recent pictures of the employees.

Take note if your employees already took a picture with our departement in the last year, they don't have to come to this photo session unless they want to take a better photo, wich is not a problem for our team.

Also, since we do not know all the MUHC departments in your building, if you can spread the message to other departments ( Nursing or others ), Security was kind enough to help us spreading this special session as it is strictly reserve for the Neuro. We will be posting a special memo at Security shortly for this exclusive session.

Save the date it's going to take place on Wednesday the 24th of August from 1pm to 5pm in room 188 and the pictures taken on this session will be available the following day at the Neuro Security at noon.
