This message is being sent out on behalf of the CREATE-MIA Program in Medical Image Analysis in collaboration with RS-REPARTI.


CREATE-MIA Summer School 2013

There are some spots available at CREATE-MIA Summer School to be held June 5-7 at McGill -- registration is free!  The CREATE-MIA participants will  be presenting  their research, Prof. Maxime Descoteaux (SCIL, U. Sherbrooke) will give  a mini-course on dMRI, and there will be a session focussed on a business-related topic. 

The dMRI portion of the summer school  will consist of the following sessions and involve both theory and practice:

- Raw data to tensors and beyond (including time for dipy practice)
- Fiber tracking and applications (including time for dipy practice and visualization with the FiberNavigator)
- Bring your own data

Participants should bring their laptops with the necessary software pre-installed:
