[BIC-announce] pbs/batch jobs

Hi there,

The job queuing system on the BIC system has been in the limbo ever
since yesterday evening when shadow ran out of memory. It seems to
have recovered now but somehow the queued jobs do not want to run.
Newly queued jobs will run though (just tested it) so I suggest that
you remove those submitted and resubmit them again.
