Please note that if you have any new or re-submission protocols for
review by the PET Working Committee, Fourteen (14) copies of the
protocol together with both the English and French consent forms (one
copy, only, of the French Consent Form) must be submitted by Wednesday,
June 8th, 2005 in Webster 218.

Please note that this is the last meeting before the committee convenes
